解决部分i128v(e1000e)网卡在Linux频繁重启问题
这属于英特尔驱动问题，需要关闭网卡的一些功能，对网卡的使用没有影响
安装ethtool工具
sudo apt install ethtool
更改网络配置文件
路径/etc/networks/interface
在网络配置文件里对应的网卡下添加以下参数，保存重启
post-up ethtool -K eno1 tx off rx off
